1. We will have a donation bucket on the evening with the aim of really just recouping the cost of food (I am sure/hopeful we will take much more of your hard earned cash over the bar-n.b. we have contactless card payment now!)

2. We would kindly ask for parents to bring along salad dishes for sides (clearly not all parents or we will probably be in a food mountain situation - perhaps co-ordination amongst acquainted families here!)

3. Finally we will do a raffle and again as last year would ask for any prize donations big or small to be brought along on the evening.

8.30pm -U13,14,15,17 presentations
